An original one page lease dated April 26,1893,8.5"x14", whereby The Pittsburgh,Cincinnati,Chicago and St.Louis Railway Company leases to The Miller Brewing Company of Milwaukee,Wisconsin a parcel of land lying along Center Street in Dunkirk, Jay County, Indiana for a site for the location of an ice and storage house. Signed by Ernest G. Miller, as president. Miller Brewing managed to survived prohibition by producing cereal beverages, soft drinks and malt-related products. Ernest remained as president until his death in 1922. Attached to the lease is a nice blue print plat map which shows the location of the ice house. Guaranteed authentic. (no book is included)
